TO provide equal opportunities for personal growth & development in an atmosphere of mutual respect & co-operation, while fostering self-esteem, confidence & enthusiasm for learning in our skating community.TO develop & nurture an atmosphere of understanding, trust & mutual respect. Dedicated to the principles of enabling every individual to participate in skating throughout their lifetime for the fitness & achievement.TO share financial & other resources & professional expertise equally to all members within the club.TO enrich all club members by sustaining a fun environment in which safety, physical & psychological well being is a priority.TO provide opportunities which promote & expand individual growth & create challenge for all levels.WE strive to create an environment, which supports confidentiality & fosters open honest communication.WE are dedicated to fostering a co-operative growth for our skaters, parents, coaches & board members.WE endeavour to respect all individuals in the roles they play in the West Kingston Skating Club. |
